11 Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment (Dkt. 64) and defendant’s motion for partial summary judgment (Dkt. 63) came on for hearing before this court on May 26, 2022. Plaintiff and counter-defendant Shijin Vapor LLC (“Shijin”) appeared through its counsel, Ali Kamarei and Marisella Prada. Defendant and counter-complainant Bolt USA, LLC (“Bolt”) appeared through its counsel, Michael Kowsari. Having read the papers filed in conjunction with the motions and carefully considered the arguments and relevant legal authority, and good cause appearing, the court hereby rules as follows. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Shijin is the manufacturer of e-liquids for use in electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar products. See Complaint (Dkt. 1), ¶ 7. Some of Shijin’s products…
