Plaintiff Elizabeth Naimi-Yazdi (‘Plaintiff’) brings this action for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FCRA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq. She alleges that defendant JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. (“Defendant”) violated the FCRA by furnishing inaccurate information about her account to the consumer reporting agencies (“CRAs”). Defendant moves to dismiss the Complaint pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff filed an opposition (Dkt. No. 30), and Defendant filed a reply (Dkt. No. 35). This matter is suitable for disposition without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b). For the reasons stated below, the motion is granted with leave to amend. I.
