Defendants’ motion to dismiss plaintiffs’ first amended complaint (“FAC”) came on for hearing before this court on July 7, 2022. Defendants appeared through their counsel, Aerin Murphy. Plaintiffs failed to appear. Having read the papers filed by the parties and carefully considered their arguments and the relevant legal authority, and good cause appearing, the court hereby GRANTS defendants’ motion for the following reasons.
