Before the Court is Plaintiff Scott Johnson’s motion for an award of attorneys’ fees and costs in the amount of $14,727.00 pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 12205 and California Civil Code § 52(a). Mot. for Attorney’s Fees (“Motion”), Dkt. No. 20. Defendants, Los Altos Hardware, Inc. and 441 First Street, LLC, oppose the motion on the grounds that Defendants charged unreasonable rates and expended unnecessary time. Opposition to Pl.’s Fee Mot. (“Opposition”), Dkt. No. 21. The Court finds the motion appropriate for decision without oral argument pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b).
