13 I. INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment or, in the Alternative, for Summary Adjudication (“Motion for Summary Judgment”) filed by Defendants Aytu Bioscience, Inc. (“Aytu”), Jarrett Disbrow, and Josh Disbrow (collectively “Defendants”). ECF No. 31. On July 21, 2022, Plaintiff Robert Jaekel filed an Opposition. ECF No. 33. On July 28, 2022, Defendants filed a Reply. ECF No. 34. The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument and VACATES the August 11, 2022 hearing. See Civ. L. R. 7-1(b).
