12 This is an insurance coverage case. The insurer, Defendant Scottsdale Insurance Company, and the insured, Plaintiffs Autodistributors, Inc. and Steven M. Schneider, dispute whether an insurance policy covers claims brought against Plaintiffs in a third-party federal action in Florida such that Scottsdale had a duty to defend them in the action. The parties have filed cross-motions on the issue of the duty to defend. Defendants move for judgment on the pleadings and Plaintiffs move for partial summary judgment. Dkt. Nos. 22, 23.
