HILARY BOYD, et al., Defendants. 16 Marlin Ard, an Oregon-based attorney, sued various Oregon-based defendants over their allegedly biased handling of an Oregon state-court case in which Mr. Ard represented the plaintiff.1 In connection with that case, the Oregon Supreme Court suspended Mr. Ard from the practice of law for one year, effective February 28, 2022.2 (The Oregon Supreme Court justices are defendants in this case.)
