13 In this wage-and-hour class action dispute, plaintiffs Sione Fuapau, Alfredo Godinez, Gabriel Mendoza, Manual Vaca, Michael Nau, Antonio Guzman, Jesus Guerrero, Ivan Pacheco, and Miguel Reyes, Jr. allege that defendant Lhoist North America of Arizona, Inc. (“Lhoist”) violated California state labor laws. On May 11, 2022, the Court issued orders granting plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of the parties’ class action settlement and conditionally certifying the class. Dkt. Nos. 63, 64. Now before the Court is plaintiffs’ motion for final approval of a class action settlement and award of attorneys’ fees and costs. Dkt. No. 65. Defendant does not oppose the motion.
