I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff B.D.1 moves for summary judgment on her claim that Defendant Kilolo Kijakazi, Acting Commissioner of Social Security (the “Commissioner”),2 erred in denying B.D.’s application for disability benefits. The Commissioner filed a cross-motion for summary judgment seeking to affirm that decision. For the reasons discussed below, B.D.’s motion is GRANTED, the Commissioner’s motion is DENIED, and the case is REMANDED for further administrative proceedings.3 II. BACKGROUND A.
