No. 66 11 THREE BROTHERS ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, et al., 12 Defendants. 13 14 This matter came before the Court for consideration on the Plaintiffs’ motion for an order 15 to hold Defendants in civil contempt, to enter judgment, or to do both. Because Defendants did 16 not respond to Plaintiffs’ motion, the Court ordered Defendants to show cause why the Court 17 should not grant Plaintiffs’ alternative motion to enter judgment as a sanction for their failure to 18 comply with its Order granting Plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment and the requirements set 19 forth in that Order. (See Dkt. No. 63.) Defendants failed to file a written response to that Order to 20 Show Cause but they did appear at the telephonic hearing held on October 21, 2022.
