13 Defendant Impark Pacific Parking moves to set aside entry of default pursuant to Federal 14 Rule of Civil Procedure 55(c). ECF No. 15. Plaintiff Trustees on behalf of Bay Area Automotive 15 Group Welfare Fund has not filed a response. The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition 16 without oral argument and VACATES the December 22, 2022 hearing. See Civ.
