INTRODUCTION There are currently seven cases consolidated before me involving a tracking tool known as the Meta Pixel, through which defendant Meta Platforms, Inc. allegedly receives the health information of millions of Facebook users in the United States. Since I consolidated the cases in October, counsel from nine different firms have sought appointment as interim class counsel in three different motions. All of the applicants are capable and experienced. For the reasons described below, after considering the motions and the factors set forth in Rule 23(g)(1), I find that the interests of the class would be best served by a leadership team consisting of Jay Barnes of Simmons Hanly Conroy LLC and Geoffrey Graber of Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC, as…
