The Court heard argument at the pretrial conference on January 17, 2023. The Court reserved ruling on defendant’s Motions in Limine No. 1 and No. 5, pending the filing of a declaration from defense counsel regarding policies that plaintiff says should have been produced but were not, and pending the filing of the parties’ revised witness list.
