Plaintiffs Sheila Richardson and Adron Adams, Sr. filed this action as successors in interest, alleging the state entities and individuals overseeing the Decedent’s imprisonment knew of his unstable mental health conditions, yet failed to prevent his death. Plaintiffs, however, have failed to allege sufficient facts to support these claims. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion to dismiss with leave to amend. I.
