In this action, Plaintiff Andrew Lee Johnson asserts that the several Defendants violated his constitutional rights during his arrest in 2014, his subsequent three years’ pre-trial detention, and the trial where he was eventually acquitted of the charges for attempted murder. Three groups of defendants have moved for summary judgment on all claims against them.
