12 This matter comes before the Court on consideration of the motion for final approval of a class and collective action settlement (the “Settlement”) and award of attorneys’ fees, costs, claim administration fee, and class representative awards, filed by Plaintiff Jeff Shipe (“Plaintiff”). Defendant does not oppose Plaintiff’s motion. The Court has considered the parties’ papers, relevant legal authority, the objection to the Settlement, and the record in this case.
