No. 118 Defendants. 13 INTRODUCTION Before the court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees against Defendants Sonoma County Land Company, LLC and E. Richard Thomas (dkt. 118). Plaintiffs request that the court award attorney Thomas E. Frankovich $679,965 in attorneys’ fees ($226,655 combined with a requested three (3) time multiplier), as well as $18,510.90 in costs and litigation expenses, for a total of $698,475.90.
