12 Before the Court is the appeal filed by Appellant PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, as debtors and reorganized debtors (together, the “Debtors” or “PG&E”), of the Bankruptcy Court’s Order Granting DRRT’s Amended Motion for Relief from Orders Concerning Reorganized Debtors’ Eleventh and Thirteenth Securities Claims Omnibus Objections (Claims Barred by the Statute of Repose) entered on April 8, 2022. BR Dkt. No.12126. PG&E appeals the Bankruptcy Court’s decision granting relief to Appellees DRRT as articulated at a hearing on March 15, 2022 (the “Hearing”). Mar. 15, 2022 Hr’g Tr. at 41.
