14 Now before the Court are motions to consolidate and for appointment as lead plaintiff and lead counsel in this securities fraud action. Dkt. Nos. 7, 8, 17. This matter came on for hearing on April 25, 2023. Following the hearing, the Court ordered the Discovery Funds to file a supplemental declaration, which they did on April 26, 2023. See Dkt. Nos. 65, 67. Having considered the arguments presented in the papers and at the hearing, the Court hereby GRANTS the motions of the Discovery Funds (Dkt. No. 7) and Gary Kung (Dkt. No 17), appointing both as Co-Lead Plaintiffs. Rolnick Kramer Sadighi LLP and The Rosen Law Firm, P.A. shall serve as Co-Lead Counsel, with Sawyer &…
