13 14 Before the Court is Plaintiff’s motion for partial summary judgment as to Defendant’s duty 15 to defend in an underlying lawsuit. Dkt. No. 23 (“Mot.”). The Court finds this matter appropriate 16 for disposition without oral argument and the matter is deemed submitted. See Civil L.R. 7-1(b). 17 The Court GRANTS the motion. 18 I.
