17 Now before the Court for consideration is the motion to extend time to file a notice of appeal filed by Plaintiffs. The Court has considered the parties’ papers, relevant legal authority, and the record in this case, and, for the reasons stated herein, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs’ motion. On January 9, 2023, this Court issued an order granting Defendants’ motions to dismiss without leave to amend and denying Plaintiffs’ motions for leave to file a motion for reconsideration and for leave to file a supplemental complaint.
