13 Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Motion for Partial Reconsideration (“Motion”) of the Court’s Amended Order Granting in Part and Denying in Part Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss First Amended Complaint (“Prior Order”), issued on June 13, 2022. See ECF Nos. 97 (“Prior Order”); 134 (“Mot.”). Specifically, Plaintiffs request that the Court reconsider its holding that Plaintiffs did not state a claim for Apple’s receipt of stolen funds in violation of California Penal Code § 496. Mot. 1.
