12 Before the Court are Defendants’ anti-SLAPP motions to strike and motions to dismiss ECF Nos. 15 & 20. The Court will grant the motions in part and deny them in part. I. BACKGROUND For purposes of the instant motion, the Court accepts the following as true. Owen Garrick (“Garrick”) and Jocelyn Freeman Garrick (“Freeman Garrick”) are physicians in Alameda County. Compl. ¶ 21, ECF No. 10. They are married but separated, and their divorce proceedings are ongoing. Id. ¶ 20.
