13 14 On May 9, 2023, Plaintiffs Moonbug Entertainment Limited and Treasure Studio, Inc. (collectively, “Moonbug”) filed a supplemental complaint against Defendants BabyBus Co., Ltd. and BabyBus (Fujian) Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“BabyBus Tech.”) (collectively, “BabyBus”). Docket No. 307. Defendants filed an answer to the supplemental complaint on May 23, 2023, asserting, in part, the affirmative defenses of laches and unclean hands. Docket No. 338.
