12 This motion arises from yet another dispute between plaintiff Just Goods Inc. (“JGI”) and defendants Eat Just, Inc. and its founder Joshua Tetrick (collectively, “EJ”). The parties executed a binding Term Sheet to settle their trademark lawsuit four years ago. Since then, they have returned to me three times to adjudicate disputes relating to their interpretation of the Term Sheet that they wrote. On March 30, 2020, I entered an order to enforce the settlement agreement after finding that EJ had failed to comply with the Term Sheet. March 30 Order [Dkt. No. 142].
