14 Defendant BMW of North America LLC (“BMW NA”) has filed an ex parte application to continue the trial, currently set for December 11, 2023, and for relief from all other dates set in the case, including the fact discovery cut-off and deadlines for expert disclosures and expert discovery. See Def. BMW NA’s Applic., ECF 54. The Court finds that no response is necessary and that the application is suitable for disposition without oral argument. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
