INTRODUCTION Plaintiff, a California prisoner proceeding without attorney representation, filed this civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. ' 1983 against doctors and administrators at San Quentin for failing to provide him adequate medical care. Defendants filed a motion for summary judgment (ECF No. 26)2, Plaintiff filed an opposition (ECF No. 30), and Defendants filed a reply brief (ECF No. 32).
