Netlist removed the case to federal court, asserting federal- question jurisdiction.1 In an earlier order, the court dismissed the claims under Landers v. Quality Commc’ns Inc., which requires more than bare assertions of wage-and-hours violations. See 771 F.3d 638, 644–45 (9th Cir. 2014).
