ECF No. 89. Class Counsel Sommers Schwartz, P.C. and James Hawkins APLC also seek attorney’s fees and costs. Id. The Court previously granted a motion for preliminary approval. ECF No. 84. No class member has objected to the settlement, and one class member excluded themselves from the settlement. ECF No. 89-7 at 4 ¶¶ 11–12.
