12 13 Plaintiff ON24, Inc. has filed suit against Defendant webinar.net, Inc., asserting a variety of business torts, including patent infringement. Now pending before the Court is webinar’s motion for partial summary judgment on the patent infringement claim. According to webinar, the patent at issue – the ‘480 patent – is invalid based on indefiniteness. Having considered the parties’ briefs and accompanying submissions, as well as the oral argument of counsel, the Court hereby GRANTS webinar’s motion. I.
