18 This is a habeas corpus case filed by a state prisoner pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On August 22, 2023, the Court granted Respondent’s motion to dismiss the petition for failure to state a cognizable claim and for lack of federal habeas jurisdiction. Dkt. No. 30.
