INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant Abbott Laboratories’ Motion to Retain Confidentiality, in which Abbott moves to retain the confidentiality of certain documents produced in the course of litigation. ECF No. 66. Plaintiff Condalisa LeGrand filed an opposition (ECF No. 72) and Abbott filed a reply (ECF No. 74). The Court has reviewed each of the disputed documents in camera and finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral argument. See Civ. L.R. 7-1(b).
