12 Pending before the Court is Plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary approval of class action settlement. See Dkt. No. 237. The Court held a hearing on the motion on October 5, 2023. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS the motion. I. BACKGROUND A. Factual Allegations Lead Plaintiff James Everett Hunt and Plaintiffs Juan Rodriguez, Kurt Voutaz, Joel White, Andrew Austin, and Ryan Fishman purchased shares of Defendant Bloom Energy Corporation’s common stock either (1) when Bloom went public through an Initial Public Offering (“IPO”) on July 25, 2018; or (2) on the public market between July 25, 2018, and March 31, 2020.
