No. 26 Defendants. 12 The City and County of San Francisco’s motion to dismiss the first amended complaint is scheduled for a hearing on November 17, 2023. An initial case management conference is also scheduled for that day. Pursuant to Civil Local Rule 7-1(b), the Court determines that the City’s motion is appropriate for resolution without oral argument and VACATES the hearing. The Court will grant plaintiff leave to amend, and the amended complaint shall be filed by November 9, 2023. The Court also VACATES the November 17 initial case management conference.
