19 Plaintiff, a Federal prisoner who is confined at the Federal Correctional Institution 20 at Herlong, filed the instant pro se civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against 21 officers at the Santa Rita Jail for unconstitutional acts against him while housed there as a 22 pretrial detainee. The Court found the amended complaint, Dkt. No. 13, along with a 23 supplemental pleading, Dkt. No. 12, stated cognizable claims and ordered the matter served on Defendants. Dkt. No. 14.
