12 Now before the Court for consideration are: (1) the motion for partial summary judgment filed by Precision Dynamics International, LLC (“PDI”); and (2) the motion for partial summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Daniel Ortolivo (“Ortolivo”). The Court has considered the parties’ papers, including the joint supplemental brief ordered by the Court, relevant legal authority, and the record in this case.
