INTRODUCTION Pending before the Court is Defendant and Cross-Claimant Martin Byrnes’ Motion to Lift Stay. ECF No. 76. Defendants Anne Minvielle and Leon Minvielle (the “Minvielles”) filed an Opposition (ECF No. 77), and Byrnes filed a Reply (ECF No. 78). On October 31, 2023, the Minvielles filed a Sur-Reply (ECF No. 82), and on November 6, 2023, Byrnes filed a Reply to the Sur-Reply (ECF No. 84). Having considered the parties’ positions, relevant legal authority, and the record in this case, the Court GRANTS the motion for the following reasons. II.
