ECF No. 585. Also before the Court is Defendants The Walt Disney Company; Walt Disney Motion Pictures Group, Inc.; Walt Disney Pictures; Buena Vista Home Entertainment, Inc.; Marvel Studios LLC; Mandeville Films, Inc.; Infinity Productions LLC; and Assembled Productions II LLC’s (collectively, “Disney”) motion to strike Plaintiffs’ demand for a jury trial.
