12 Plaintiff Ian Webb (“Mr. Webb”) brings this putative class action against Defendants Amazon Logistics, Inc. (“Amazon”), Amazon.com Services, LLC (together, the “Amazon Defendants”), and Rejoice Delivers LLC’s (“Rejoice” or “RDL,” and, with the Amazon Defendants, “Defendants”), alleging numerous violations of California’s labor laws. See First Am. Class Action Compl. (“FAC”), ECF No. 1-2. Presently before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Compel Individual Arbitration, Dismiss Class Claims, and Dismiss or Stay Action (the “Motion”). See Mot., ECF No. 36; Joinder, ECF No. 37.
