13 Pending before the Court are cross-motions for summary judgment filed by Plaintiff Vericool World LLC and Defendant Igloo Products Corporation. Dkt. Nos. 48, 49. Defendant has also moved to exclude the opinions of Plaintiff’s damages expert, Roman Garagulagian. Dkt. No. 47. The Court heard argument on the motions. For the reasons detailed below, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s motion for summary judgment, DENIES Plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment, and DENIES AS MOOT Defendant’s motion to exclude expert opinions.
