12 This matter comes before the Court on consideration of Steve W. Berman’s application to appear pro hac vice on behalf of the Plaintiffs and his response to the Court’s request for supplemental information. For the reasons that follow, the Court DENIES the application. BACKGROUND In his application, Mr. Berman represented that he has been granted pro hac vice admission by the Court one time in the last 12 months. However, when the Court searched his name in its ECF filing system, it showed that Mr. Berman was or had been an attorney in 277 cases in this District. Accordingly, the Court asked for additional information to determine if he was “regularly engaged in the practice of law in the State of California.” …
