12 Before the Court is Defendant Dr. Chunxiao Song’s motion for judgment on the pleadings and motion to stay. ECF No. 119. The Court will grant the motion as to Plaintiff Bluestar Genomics’ (“Bluestar”) conversion claim; deny the motion in all other respects; and deny the motion to stay as moot. I. BACKGROUND The Court’s prior order on Defendants’ motion to dismiss provides a comprehensive factual and procedural background of this case. ECF No. 100.
