16 17 INTRODUCTION 18 In this automobile “lemon law” and fraud action, plaintiffs move to remand and named 19 defendant moves to dismiss plaintiffs’ fraud claims. For the following reasons, the motion to 20 remand was DENIED at the hearing, and the motion to dismiss is now GRANTED.
