No. 8 13 14 Now before the Court is Plaintiff Strike 3 Holdings, LLC’s (“Strike 3”) Ex Parte Application 15 for Leave to Serve a Third-Party Subpoena Prior to a Rule 26(f) Conference. [Dkt. 8]. Because 16 Defendant John Doe, subscriber assigned IP address number 107.130.100.9, (“Defendant Doe”) has 17 not been identified or served, no opposition has been filed. Having reviewed Strike 3’s application 18 and all supporting documents, the Court GRANTS the ex parte application.
