Factual Background 10 The two Patents-in-Suit share the title “Biased Pulse DC Reactive Sputtering of Oxide 11 Films.” The ‘276 Patent claims are apparatus claims and the ‘657 Patent claims are method 12 claims. Claim Construction 1. The invention here concerns a way to deposit thin films of 13 materials, such as metals, onto a surface, such as a silicon wafer.
