Pantelis (collectively “Knight Motors”) in Hyundai Motor America v. Knight Motors, LP, No. GD-19-013607 (Pa. Ct. Com. Pl.). ECF No. 99 (“Mot.”). Knight Motors opposes the motion. ECF No. 105 (“Opp.”). Hyundai filed a reply. ECF No. 109 (“Reply”). The Court held a hearing on December 20, 2023. ECF No. 118.
