Perez-Pantoja: 16 (1) retaliated against him for filing a grievance against non-party CTF correctional officer Bravo 17 by searching his cell and destroying his property during the search, in violation of the First 18 Amendment; and (2) was deliberately indifferent to Plaintiff’s serious needs by failing to follow 19 COVID-19 protocols when searching Plaintiff’s cell, in violation of the Eighth Amendment.
