INTRODUCTION 14 Self-represented Plaintiff Peace Love Lightning brings this case against Defendants City of 15 Bartlett, Tennessee and police officers in Bartlett (Patrol Officer Worthy, SWAT Official 16 Giannini, and unnamed Bartlett Patrol Officer #1), alleging constitutional violations related to an 17 incident that took place in Bartlett. Pending before the Court is Defendants City of Bartlett, Patrol 18 Officer Worthy, and SWAT Officer Giannini’s motion to transfer venue to the Western District of 19 Tennessee, Western Division, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1391(b) and 1406. ECF No. 12. No 20 response has been received.1 The Court finds this matter suitable for disposition without oral 21 argument and VACATES the January 25, 2024 hearing. See Civ. L.R.…
