NOT BE REMANDED TO 13 STATE COURT AARON PAPAZIAN, and others, 14 Re: ECF 1 Defendants. 15 16 The matter before the Court is an unlawful detainer action, wherein Plaintiff U.S. 17 Bank National Association (“US Bank”) alleged in state court that Defendants Jerry 18 Taylor, Sara Taylor and Aaron Papazian failed to vacate a property in Salinas, California. 19 ECF 1, Ex. A ¶ 1. The action was filed in Monterey County Superior Court.1 Papazian 20 filed a Notice of Removal (“Notice”) on December 29, 2023. ECF 1. A review of 21 Papazian’s Notice reveals several defects in his removal papers. Accordingly, the Court 22 ORDERS Papazian to address the following issues in writing. 23 I.
