(“Zazzle”), through its employee, Defendant Mohamed Mr. Alkhatib (“Mr. Alkhatib,” and, with Zazzle, “Defendants”), fraudulently obtained a license to use software implementing a trio of fonts created by Plaintiff, and subsequently violated the license by making the fonts available to millions of people, including for commercial use.
